US President Joe Biden says it is difficult to meet the May 1 deadline for withdrawing troops from Afghanistan, but does not intend to stay in Afghanistan for long.
“We want to leave Afghanistan in a safe and orderly way, we’re going to get out of Afghanistan, but the question is, when will we get out?”
“I don’t see any US troops in Afghanistan next year,” Biden said.
Talking about the Corona virus vaccine, the US President said that it is planned to provide 200 million doses of the vaccine within 100 days, after Corona, issues like immigration and gun control will be worked on.
Mr Biden said talks were under way with Mexico on the issue of migrants, with large numbers of migrants being sent back across the US border.
