A journalist has been killed in Afghanistan’s Ghazni Province.
According to Afghan media, the journalist’s name was Rehmatullah Nekzad, who was shot dead.
Rehmatullah Nekzad was the head of the Provincial Journalists Union.
According to the report, the Taliban denied involvement in the attack on the Ghazni journalist in a statement.
Rehmatullah was affiliated with the Associated Press and Al Jazeera.
Five journalists have been killed in Afghanistan in the past two months.
