Man arrested after leading officers on high-speed chase in stolen vehicle, Castle Hills police say

CASTLE HILLS – A person is going through a string of costs after he led police on a high-speed chase in a single day in a stolen car, in response to the Fort Hills Police Division.

The incident occurred round 2:30 a.m., Saturday, on 410 and Broadway.

Police stated the person was dashing in a stolen truck on Vance Jackson and nearly hit a number of automobiles within the space.

That’s when officers adopted him on eastbound 410 till he exited on Broadway, took the turnaround and crashed the car, in response to officers.

The person bought out of the truck and fled on foot towards a storage facility close by. He tried to leap a fence however not earlier than he was tased and apprehended, police stated.

The person had excellent felony warrants and is now going through a number of costs, together with driving a stolen car, possession of a stolen hand gun, intoxication, medicine and alcohol within the car, and evading arrest.
