The British newspaper Telegraph has admitted the mistake of linking the Corona cases with Pakistan and termed the news as misleading.
Our Tweet 26/6 “Pakistan… origin of half of Britain’s imported virus cases” (below) was misleading as it suggested that half of all UK’s imported cases originated in Pakistan. In fact, the figures only related to the period 4-26 / 6.

According to the agency, the data was short-lived, which was misreported and the news was published on the basis of the same error, which was contrary to reality.
